EU countries we currently ship to include:

Carriers & Shipping Methods

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS / FedEx / DHL / YunExpress. We offer shipping methods:

  1. Economy & Standard Shipping for all customers
  2. Express Shipping for US customers only
  3. USPS Shipping: Available for select priority products. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days (depending on your location).

    Orders placed berfore Jan 10, 2026    : Please allow 4–6 business days for order handling to ensure thorough quality checks.

Orders placed from January 10, 2026 onwards: We want to improve quality, care, attention to detail, and personalization for each customer, so our delivery time has been adjusted as follows: 7-9 business days

    1. Economy Shipping Method: Please allow 12–14 business days for delivery based on your shipping address.
    2. Standard Shipping Method: Please allow 8–10 business days for delivery based on your shipping address. We’re constantly optimizing our processes to ensure your orders arrive as quickly as possible.
    3. USPS Shipping: Available for select priority products. with delivery usually within 1–5 business days after shipment. You should expect to receive your order within 4–8 business days from the date of purchase.
  2. During Sales/Peak Seasons:
    1. Purchases made during large releases may take up to 2 weeks to be processed and packaged before shipment and/or sales may take up to 4-5 weeks to be processed and packaged before shipment.
    2. During sales, we are unable to change shipping addresses or combine shipping on multiple orders. Items may be restocked or further marked down during the sale.
    3. Refunds will not be issued for purchases made before a restock or further markdown.
    4. Zumbamboo reserves the right to refund any purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use this number on our website to check the real-time status of your shipment.

Taxes

  • The total purchase price, including applicable sales tax, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Sales tax is collected in compliance with U.S. federal and state tax regulations, and applies only to taxable products as required by law.
  • Shipping charges are not subject to tax.

What to Do If You Don’t Receive Your Order

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe:

  1. Check the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.
  2. If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven't received the package:
    • Check with household members, neighbours, or your building’s delivery area.
    • Confirm that the shipping address provided at checkout was correct.
  3. If the package still cannot be located, please contact us at support@zumbamboo.com with your order number and tracking information.
    We will investigate the issue promptly and assist you in resolving it.
