We accept returns.

Eligibility & Time Limit
To be eligible for a return, requests must be initiated within 90 days of the delivery date. We regret that we cannot honor refund or exchange requests once this 90-day period has elapsed.

Exclusions / Non-returnable Items

  • Customer Errors: Choosing the wrong size, item, shipping address, or providing incorrect custom information.

  • Product Condition: Items that have been worn, washed, soiled, or damaged due to the customer’s handling.

  • Improper Care: Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or inadequate maintenance of the product.

  • Change of Mind: Personal reasons such as changes in taste, mind, or preference.

  • Personalized & Custom Items: Due to the nature of these products, any items that have been customized, personalized (e.g., name embroidery, custom prints), or made-to-order are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sale & Seasonal Items: Items purchased during a clearance sale, flash sale, or marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. Seasonal collections or holiday-specific items also fall under this exclusion.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee: No restocking fee.

Return Reasons and Responsibility:

  • Customer Responsibility (Remorse): Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Customer Responsibility (Defective): If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sale Item 

Products bought during sales events or promotional offers.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you will receive a refund for the original purchase. After the refund is processed, you can place a new order for the item you want. This ensures that you receive your refund promptly and can purchase the new item at your convenience.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
