It is so easy to shop your store and these pajamas are my 5th purchase and I am definitely going to order more from you.
The little slip-on shoes are what I expected. They stay on most of the time, unless my grandson actively takes them off. He is 10 months old old and walking.
It takes quite awhile to receive the baby pj’s but it is seriously worth the wait. You can count on this company.

I made an order and I didn’t receive the blanket I paid over 200 dollars for. I emailed the company many times and called them with absolutely no luck. No one answered my many emails. And I didn’t get an answer over the phone. It’s been over a month trying to contact them to get what I paid for and they keep sending me emails to review my order and I keep sending them saying I didn’t receive the blanket I ordered. Extremely disappointing customer service.
The monster truck pajamas for our 3 yr old grandson were perfect! He wants to wear them every night.

DO NOT put these on your toddler. Total scam.
I bought these pajamas thinking I was getting soft, safe bamboo fabric for my toddler, but what actually arrived was awful. The material feels stiff and cheap—honestly looks and feels just like pure polyester, not real bamboo at all. Worse, the clothes came straight out of the package smelling strongly of residual processing chemicals. There is absolutely no way I am letting this touch my kid's sensitive skin.
To make matters worse, their customer service is a nightmare. I reached out immediately to get a refund, and they flat-out refused, throwing every excuse in the book at me about why they couldn't take them back or give me my money back.
Now I see why they have positive reviews floating around: they literally send follow-up emails offering 20% to 40% discount coupons to bribe customers into posting reviews and photos. Don't be fooled by the marketing or the incentive scheme. Save your hard-earned money and buy from a brand that actually cares about children's safety and stands behind their return policy.
Pjs were supposed to be here 10-10-26 and did not come until 10-17-26. Needed them earlier because it said “when I wake up I will be 4. NEVER NEVER will but again
Item was to be received by 10-10-26 and were for my granddaughter’s birthday to wear the pajamas the night before her birthday. It said “when o wake up I will be 4.” We didn’t get them until the 17th of October. Terrible, terrible shipping. These were ordered in mid-September. Will NEVER order again.
The waist on the pants is not sewn properly. My granddaughter was pulling the pants up and the waistband would not lay flat.
The pajamas are adorable but extremely thin. The quality is definitely not worth $38.00.
I am quite disappointed right now with Zumbamboo...I am still waiting for a gift I ordered on September 2, 2026 for my granddaughters 1st birthday. I have contacted you numerous times, the last time just this morning. I received an email on October 8, 2026 telling me the item will be delivered in 5-7 days...well as of this am, it still is not there.
Horrible company I placed a order weeks before my son TARIQ 1st birthday pajama party I received it on time but the order was WRONG in many ways the color was wrong and the name was WRONG contact them asking for a refund because his birthday was in 4 days and the reshipment won’t make it on time they refused to they decided to reship the item expedited I received a month later again with the WRONG name again I emailed them fir a refund and now they’re being unprofessional ignoring my emails and refusing to give me a refund so many years online shopping I never experienced this type of behavior it’s very disappointing to not be about to get a product I ordered and having to cancel plans due to this irresponsible customer service I will never buy from here again and I will inform others about it too
I love the quality of their clothing. I would recommend them to anybody. And also the work on your order asap. Washing they come out beautiful and seems to last awhile for wearing do to the type of material.

Be aware that the quilt displayed on the website is NOT the quilt you will receive. The website displays quilts created by piecing and appliqueing individual pieces of fabric, with elaborate and elegant top stitching that contributes to the overall design. But the "quilt" we received was, in effect, a photo of the original quilt, printed on fabric, with generic, overall machine quilting.
Although the company did respond to my queries regarding the extended length of time to receive my item, their excuse about it being “intricate quilting by hand” was obviously false. The quilt is machine stitched in a swirly pattern that does not match the beautiful photo. False advertising like that bothers me. I am sure the real excuse for the extended time in shipping was because it was done cheaply from China. Still my experience was better than other horror story reviews I read. Hence the 3 stars.
i bought 4 pillow cases for halloween, in the picture they looked like regular size pillow cases, when i got them, they were only 12 x 20, now i have to find pillow inserts that fit the pillow cases , so my grandchildren can use them. very disappointed !!! buyer beware even if the picture looks like a regular size pillow, make sure you don't make the same mistake i did. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!
The AI for the editing of the images would not include the face hair on my long haired cat. It was hard to figure out sizing. Also, delivery took over 6 weeks, which is really too long.
The piece was stunning and unique. We could also tell that caring and love were used in making this piece, along with every detailbeing created. The long wait time due to the challenges and obstacles, which were beyond your control disappeared once we opened our package. Looks beautiful in our beach themed bedroom.
I purchased a few of these onesies from zumbamboo and they are awesome! I love how the long ones have convertible hands and feet. I got them personalized and they wash and wear very well. I will continue to buy these as gifts!
