The little slip-on shoes are what I expected. They stay on most of the time, unless my grandson actively takes them off. He is 10 months old old and walking.

I ordered pajamas for my grandchild on October 3,2026. It is October 20 and am still waiting. I ordered pajamas from another company for 2 of my other grandchildren. They have enjoyed wearing them for the past 2 weeks. I will never order from this company again.
ATTN This company is a scam artist. Been waiting months on it to arrive yesterday recd message it was delivered on front porch . Which it was not. Went post office they checked tracking number and package has never arrived or came through. Good luck if you are as dumb as I in doing any business with these Rip off Artists..
It takes quite awhile to receive the baby pj’s but it is seriously worth the wait. You can count on this company.
Your pj's are definately the softest and they fit my grandson well. Designs are cute and there's something for every personality. However, shipping was a disappointment. Firstly, by the address on your website I thought I was buying something from Garland, Tx (close to my home). When I got a notice they were shipping via international carrier, Yun Express, it was a surprise. Secondly, when I ordered, anticipated delivery was Sept 20. The products didn't arrive till Sept 30. I needed this for a birthday first week of Oct. You made me sweat!
Ordered two pairs of pajamas. same size. However, one was very small and one was actual size. Emailed the company and they assured me they would send a corrected one. Have not received and have not heard back from them.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with my pajama purchase. Ordered three different kid sizes. Two of the sizes were a completely different color than the other one. When I inquired about a refund, I have only encountered difficulty and still have not been offered a refund. The retailer claims there can be a 20% color variation in their products. This is more than a 20% color variation in my opinion. Furthermore, this should be blatantly laid out for customers prior to purchase so they are aware. Definitely will NOT be purchasing again nor will I recommend to anyone.
Extremely dissatisfied. I ordered two bamboo sleepers at the same exact time. I received one but I have never received the other. I have contacted customer support and received no help. Do not order from this company unless you just want to receive 1/2 of your order. Customer service is horrible!!!
I made an order and I didn’t receive the blanket I paid over 200 dollars for. I emailed the company many times and called them with absolutely no luck. No one answered my many emails. And I didn’t get an answer over the phone. It’s been over a month trying to contact them to get what I paid for and they keep sending me emails to review my order and I keep sending them saying I didn’t receive the blanket I ordered. Extremely disappointing customer service.
The monster truck pajamas for our 3 yr old grandson were perfect! He wants to wear them every night.

DO NOT put these on your toddler. Total scam.
I bought these pajamas thinking I was getting soft, safe bamboo fabric for my toddler, but what actually arrived was awful. The material feels stiff and cheap—honestly looks and feels just like pure polyester, not real bamboo at all. Worse, the clothes came straight out of the package smelling strongly of residual processing chemicals. There is absolutely no way I am letting this touch my kid's sensitive skin.
To make matters worse, their customer service is a nightmare. I reached out immediately to get a refund, and they flat-out refused, throwing every excuse in the book at me about why they couldn't take them back or give me my money back.
Now I see why they have positive reviews floating around: they literally send follow-up emails offering 20% to 40% discount coupons to bribe customers into posting reviews and photos. Don't be fooled by the marketing or the incentive scheme. Save your hard-earned money and buy from a brand that actually cares about children's safety and stands behind their return policy.
Pjs were supposed to be here 10-10-26 and did not come until 10-17-26. Needed them earlier because it said “when I wake up I will be 4. NEVER NEVER will but again
Item was to be received by 10-10-26 and were for my granddaughter’s birthday to wear the pajamas the night before her birthday. It said “when o wake up I will be 4.” We didn’t get them until the 17th of October. Terrible, terrible shipping. These were ordered in mid-September. Will NEVER order again.
The waist on the pants is not sewn properly. My granddaughter was pulling the pants up and the waistband would not lay flat.
The pajamas are adorable but extremely thin. The quality is definitely not worth $38.00.
I am quite disappointed right now with Zumbamboo...I am still waiting for a gift I ordered on September 2, 2026 for my granddaughters 1st birthday. I have contacted you numerous times, the last time just this morning. I received an email on October 8, 2026 telling me the item will be delivered in 5-7 days...well as of this am, it still is not there.
Horrible company I placed a order weeks before my son TARIQ 1st birthday pajama party I received it on time but the order was WRONG in many ways the color was wrong and the name was WRONG contact them asking for a refund because his birthday was in 4 days and the reshipment won’t make it on time they refused to they decided to reship the item expedited I received a month later again with the WRONG name again I emailed them fir a refund and now they’re being unprofessional ignoring my emails and refusing to give me a refund so many years online shopping I never experienced this type of behavior it’s very disappointing to not be about to get a product I ordered and having to cancel plans due to this irresponsible customer service I will never buy from here again and I will inform others about it too
I love the quality of their clothing. I would recommend them to anybody. And also the work on your order asap. Washing they come out beautiful and seems to last awhile for wearing do to the type of material.
