colors are vibrant, but 3 months delivery and poor workmanship

I fell in love with the quilt when I saw it... I had been looking for months.... Ordered on May 26. A shipping label was created... alas, it was never scanned again. After a month of emails (to their credit they responded fairly promptly to my queries, they just didn't DO anything), a second label was created on June 27 (shipping form China, btw, not Texas). And another month of emails ), the quilt was shipped Aug 10 and was received Aug 20. The colors are vibrant, and I really like the print. However, the quilt is sooo long that when the print is centered on the bed, the end hangs down to the floor. When you pull it off the floor, the mountain is tucked under the pillows. Worse, the (very thin) backing of the quilt is not attached except on the edges, and it is apparently smaller than the quilt itself, so the edges curl under. I contacted the company and explained my concerns, but have had no response. I woudl not buy from this company again.

Las fibras de bambú crean un tejido increíblemente suave, delicado y agradable al tacto. El tejido es perfecto para pieles sensibles, y especialmente para el eccema. El tejido Zumbamboo está compuesto por 95% rayón de bambú y 5% elastano. Esto permite la transpirabilidad y una gran elasticidad para un uso prolongado.

Nuestros productos no están tratados con retardantes de llama. Como resultado, toda nuestra ropa de dormir para bebés y niños está diseñada para ajustarse cómodamente a la piel, a fin de cumplir con las regulaciones federales de seguridad.

Algunos consejos rápidos para el cuidado de Zumbamboo:

No recomendamos el uso de la secadora. Recomendamos colgar o secar en horizontal. Abra sus sacos de dormir al secarlos y apunte un ventilador hacia ellos para ayudar a reducir el tiempo de secado en interiores.

Nuestros productos son vaporizados justo antes de ser empaquetados. A veces, durante el tránsito, la tela puede desarrollar marcas o hendiduras debido a la forma en que está doblada. Dado que el bambú es un tejido tan delicado y se dobla mientras está caliente, la compresión durante el transporte puede causar hendiduras o marcas que parecen tener un brillo o una ligereza en el color de la tela. Estas marcas no son defectos y deberían desaparecer después del primer lavado. Si tiene algún problema, no dude en comunicarse con el servicio de atención al cliente.

Hacemos todo lo posible para preservar esa misma sensación ultrasuave en nuestros estampados, pero debido a la naturaleza del proceso de impresión, la capa exterior de nuestros estampados puede tener una sensación ligeramente diferente. Aunque nuestro material estampado sigue siendo increíblemente suave, vale la pena señalar que cuanto menos estampado haya, más suave se sentirá la tela.

Los productos Zumbamboo tienen la mayor proporción de bambú del mercado (95 % de bambú). El bambú es un tejido delicado y, a veces, puede formar bolitas debido a la abrasión de la superficie. Por ejemplo, gatear sobre una alfombra, frotarse contra ropa/tela que no sea de bambú mientras se usa, se sostiene o durante el lavado, todo ello puede causar la formación de bolitas. Recomendamos usar sábanas de bambú para cuna y/o fundas de cambiador, si es posible.

Afortunadamente, la formación de bolitas no afecta la funcionalidad de los artículos y estos mantendrán su suavidad. Nuestra política no cubre el reemplazo de artículos debido a la formación de bolitas, ya que hasta cierto punto está dentro de la naturaleza de la tela.

Para reducir la formación de bolitas, recomendamos lavar con agua fría, con otras telas de bambú, en un ciclo suave, y luego colgar para secar. Recomendamos lavar la ropa de bebé del revés para reducir la formación de bolitas y los sacos de dormir deben lavarse con la cremallera subida, no del revés, para proteger el acolchado interior.

El bambú se cultiva sin necesidad de pesticidas ni químicos, y es un recurso extremadamente renovable. El bambú utilizado para nuestra tela es orgánico, pero el producto final no puede considerarse orgánico, ya que es 95% rayón de bambú y 5% spandex.

Nuestros productos cumplen con todas las directrices de seguridad federales y superan todos los estándares federales y de la UE en cuanto a materiales/químicos tóxicos, incluidos plomo, níquel y retardantes de llama.

Nuestros broches están hechos de zinc y cobre; nuestros tiradores de cremallera están hechos de zinc y aluminio y recubiertos con pintura no tóxica y sin plomo; y nuestra cremallera está hecha de plástico. Nuestras cremalleras y broches se prueban regularmente en laboratorios de terceros acreditados a nivel federal e internacional para garantizar que cumplan y superen los estándares CPSC y OEKO-TEX, y que sean seguros en cuanto al plomo.

Nuestros productos se fabrican en una planta ubicada en una zona bien desarrollada de Vietnam. Las instalaciones y el entorno de trabajo son seguros, modernos y cómodos. Aunque nuestro objetivo es que nuestras tallas sean lo más consistentes posible, nuestros productos se cosen a mano, lo que significa que puede haber ligeras variaciones en cada producto. Las medidas de nuestra tela pueden tener una diferencia de 1 a 3 cm en el margen de costura debido a la elasticidad natural de la tela de bambú.
